Why this recipe works
- No-bake cheesecakes are quick and always a hit — and Oreos are a universally loved flavor.
- The Oreo crust adds extra chocolate-cookie crunch and flavor that elevates these bites above a standard graham crust.
- They’re portable, kid-friendly, and easy to serve at parties or potlucks.
Can I buy the Oreo cheesecake crust?
Yes. Many stores carry pre-made cheesecake or pie crusts suitable for individual servings. You can also find pre-chopped Oreo crumbs or ready-made crusts online if you prefer to save time.
Is this the same as no-bake Oreo pie?
It’s similar in flavor but differs in texture and portion size. No-bake Oreo pie recipes often yield a lighter, fluffier filling (closer to whipped cream), while these cheesecake bites are richer and more decadent.

If you enjoy no-bake treats, try cake pops, Oreo truffles, or coconut rum balls. These options are easy to make, transportable, and work well for parties and gatherings.
How to make these Oreo cheesecake bites
Prepare the Oreos
- Rough-chop 5 Oreos in a food processor and set aside for the topping.
- Rough-chop 7 Oreos in the food processor and set aside for the filling.
- Finely chop 12 Oreos in the food processor and set aside for the crust.
Make the crust
- Melt 3–4 tablespoons of butter (about 30 seconds in the microwave or gently on the stove).
- Stir the melted butter into the 12 finely chopped Oreos until evenly moistened.
- Line a 12-cup muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Divide the Oreo-butter mixture evenly among the liners and press down to compact — a small measuring cup or the back of a spoon works well.
Make the filling and assemble
- In a food processor or with a mixer, blend 8 oz cream cheese, 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 1 cup heavy whipping cream until smooth and fully combined.
- Fold in the 7 chopped Oreos by hand to preserve texture.
- Portion the filling evenly on top of the pressed Oreo crust in each cupcake liner.
- Sprinkle the reserved 5 chopped Oreos over the tops as a finishing touch.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set. These also freeze well for longer storage.

No-churn ice cream is another great option if you want homemade ice cream without a machine. For something different, try candied fruit snacks like tanghulu for a sweet, crunchy finish.
