Puff Pastry – one ready-rolled sheet (about 375g).
Nutella – or another chocolate hazelnut spread (about 6 tablespoons).

Three: Using a sharp knife, slice the log into rounds about 1.5cm thick. Place the rounds on a lined baking sheet, leaving space between each swirl.
Four: Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the pastries are puffed and golden. Let cool briefly, then dust with icing sugar if desired.

Nutella Swirls

- 6 tablespoons Nutella

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 190°C (170°C fan / Gas 5). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Lay the ready-rolled puff pastry on a flat surface and spread Nutella evenly, leaving a 1cm border at the top and bottom.
- Roll the pastry tightly from the long edge into a log. Chill in the fridge for 10 minutes if you can, then slice into 1.5cm rounds with a sharp knife.
