Just five ingredients are all you need.

How to Make Peanut Butter & Chocolate Chunk Cookies
Combine the ingredients in a large mixing bowl—no mixer required.

Begin with the chocolate cake mix.

Add melted butter.

Stir in one large egg.

Fold in mini chocolate chips—mini chips distribute more evenly and give a great texture.

YUM!

Prepare 25 mini Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups for chopping.

Place the mini cups in a zip-top bag and gently smash them into small pieces, then add them to the cookie dough.

Scoop the dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing the cookies about 1 inch apart. With lightly floured fingers or the back of a spoon, press each dough ball down about 1/2 inch to flatten slightly for even baking.

Bake until set and slightly crisp at the edges but still soft in the center. Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for about 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to finish cooling.

These make perfect little cookies—rich, chocolatey, and studded with peanut butter cups. Enjoy!
