Pull-Apart Pizza Bread Recipe for Party Appetizers

If you need an easy dinner or a crowd-pleasing appetizer, this Pull Apart Pizza Bread is a perfect choice. It’s quick, simple, and makes very little mess. One weekend I realized I was out of frozen pizzas just as my teenagers invited friends over. Rather than order delivery, I improvised with ingredients I already had: pepperoni, mozzarella and a couple of cans of biscuits. The result was a cheesy, flavorful pizza bread everyone loved.

Bite-sized pieces of biscuit dough are tossed with pepperoni, plenty of mozzarella and a savory olive oil-herb mixture, then baked in a bundt pan until golden and gooey. It’s perfect for feeding hungry teens, serving at parties, or offering as an informal family meal—no plates or forks required.

Pizza Pull Apart Bread

This Pull Apart Pizza Bread quickly became my go-to when I didn’t have frozen pizzas on hand. I even showed the teens how to assemble it and they made a second pan themselves. For a spicier, more adult-friendly version try adding sliced peppers, onions and jalapeños next time.

It’s a great option for entertaining because guests can simply pull pieces apart and dig in—no forks needed. Slice the finished bundt into wedges and serve hot for the best gooey-cheesy experience.
