Mercado

Mercado is a must-visit — order the falafel fajita bowl. The flavor combinations are exceptional and the restaurant buzzes with energy. Colorful murals decorate the interior and the surrounding buildings, adding to the lively atmosphere.

Service was friendly and helpful, and the menu makes choosing difficult because everything looks tempting.

Menu highlights – Cali-Mex influences with signature tacos, Pachola burgers, fajita bowls, freshly made guacamole and tortillas, queso blanco, loaded carne asada fries, cast-iron queso fundido, and Mexi-Cali dumplings (pork & shrimp). Mercado is also known for spectacular margaritas — highly recommended.

Menu highlights – Classic diner fare including the “Garbage” breakfast, biscuits and gravy, corned beef hash, omelets, French toast, pancakes, burgers, and fried bologna sandwiches. Homemade chili and oven-baked beans are also available.
