Super Bowl Recipe Roundup + Party Link-Up for Game Day Eats

With less than a week until Super Bowl Sunday, here are some of my favorite recipes to serve at your party. I admit I have a bit of an avocado obsession—and I’m fine with that.

1. Corn Salsa – A bright, easy salsa that’s perfect if you want to offer guests a lighter option.

2. Slow Cooker Chili Lime Pulled Pork Tacos – Your slow cooker is a party hero: it feeds a crowd and lets you set it and forget it while the flavors develop.

3. Avocado Mango Crostini – Slightly more elegant than typical game-day fare, but delicious and worth the extra touch when you want something a bit fancy.

4. Crazy Guacamole – One of my favorite dips. Classic guacamole elevated with bold, tasty additions.

5. Skinny Raspberry Margaritas – Don’t forget the drinks. These light, fruity margaritas are crowd-pleasers and easy to batch for a party.

6. Crock Pot Chicken Ranch Tacos – Extremely simple and flavorful. Make a double batch and set up a taco bar so guests can assemble their own plates.

7. Low-Fat Buffalo Chicken Bites – These take a bit more prep than some of the others, but they’re always a hit and great for sharing.

8. Strawberry Avocado Salsa with Cinnamon Sugar Tortilla Chips – A sweeter salsa that pairs wonderfully with avocado. The combination of strawberries and avocado is unexpectedly delightful.

9. Baked Low-Fat Buffalo Chicken Taquitos – You can’t go wrong with buffalo chicken for game day; these baked taquitos are flavorful and easy to serve.

Those are some of my go-to dishes for the big game. Now I’d love to hear yours—let’s have a virtual Super Bowl party. Share your favorite game-day recipes in the comments or link up below to join the roundup.
